Bob McMahon, MBA, CFP® Personal Wealth Manager
Born in Windsor, Ontario, Bob McMahon came to the U.S. to do what his heart told him—to use his MBA creatively, and to live the life he dreamed. So, not only has he explored Puget Sound by boat and climbed Oregon's Mt. Hood, he has also become a financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner.
After helping restore a friend's family business to profitability, Bob realized that his financial expertise and organizational skills would best be used helping other small business owners and their families pursue financial independence. Today, he's found the most satisfying work of all.
Bob's international background and direct experience running a small business make him an advisor of choice for entrepreneurs. He has worked 70-hour weeks; he's faced the same day-to-day and year-to-year pressures. He has a business owner's insight, yet he also is able to stand back objectively and alert his clients to the big picture.
Personal Bob is active in the Economic Alliance Snohomish County. In addition, Bob serves on the Edmonds School District Career & Technical Advisory Committee and is a judge for the Edmonds School District's DECA competition. Bob also serves his community through his local Lynnwood Rotary Club and various other charitable organizations.
Bob lives in Edmonds, Washington, with his wife, Mary Jean, and daughter, Kellyn. They are active in their local church and Bob serves with both the music and children's ministries. He is an avid hockey player and also enjoys golf, volleyball, and playing guitar.
